Family Engagement is forefront at Main Street!
One of the greatest predictors of future successes is families that are active and engaged in their child’s education. So how better to prepare families for kindergarten and beyond than to help nurture their interactions with their children and community.
This year, Main Street continued the popular Nutrition Program, as well as held a family celebration. New to this year included projects like Book Bounce, supporting whole family literacy, and family yoga. These enriching activities gave families a chance to connect with their children, and also opportunities to get to know other families.
2022-2023 will bring even more new engagement opportunities for families and we look forward to seeing you there!
